We also operate based on the Consumer Protection Law (Law 2251/1994) which governs issues regarding distance sales.
The following terms of use, presented in detail, govern the rights and obligations of the company towards all visitors of the website www.symmetro.com.gr as well as the rights and obligations of the visitors themselves.

The company reserves the right to unilaterally modify or update these terms and the conditions of transactions conducted through its online store, according to its needs and commercial practices. It is clarified that changes to the terms do not affect orders that you have already placed.

Payment Methods - Delivery - Shipping Costs
- Cash on delivery: upon receipt of the parcel from the carrier.
- Credit Card Payment: The online store www.symmetro.com.gr accepts all Visa and Mastercard credit cards, as well as the use of the PayPal service. Credit card payments are made through the secure environment of Piraeus Bank.
- Parcel deliveries are carried out via a courier company, which delivers to the postal address provided by the customer when placing the order on www.symmetro.com.gr. If the parcel arrives at its destination open, tampered with, or mishandled, the customer has the right to refuse receipt and payment.
Withdrawal / Return - Product Replacement
You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement
a) in all cases where, due to proven fault of www.symmetro.com.gr, incorrect products or products of poor or defective quality were sold (error in order receipt, invoicing, shipping, damaged during transport, poor packaging)
b) in all cases where a proven problem or defect exists in the product.
In all these cases, the customer may choose either not to accept the product from the outset or, after receiving it, to return the product within 20 calendar days from the delivery date after contacting the website www.symmetro.com.gr to report the issue and reach an agreement for its return. In any case, the products must be returned in excellent condition, as received by the customer, complete, without damage, and with the packaging that normally accompanies the product. In this case, only the direct cost of returning the products is borne by you. If the defective products are not returned within 20 calendar days, www.symmetro.com.gr may refuse any return or replacement. Prior coordination with the online store www.symmetro.com.gr is recommended before any return.
Order Cancellation
If you have placed your online order but the product has not been shipped, you can cancel it by sending a cancellation email to info@symmetro.com.gr with the order details.
If the product has already been shipped, you can still cancel the order by contacting us via email at info@symmetro.com.gr with the order details. In this case, you will need to cover the shipping costs for sending and returning the order.
Personal Data Protection
When visiting the pages of www.symmetro.com.gr and in order to order products, as well as to ensure the possibility of communication with you so that we can inform you about our new products, you may be asked to provide information concerning you (name, profession, email address, date of birth, contact phone number, etc.). The consumer has the right to withdraw without reason within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product in accordance with Law 2551/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891/2013).
