Free shipping for orders over €95 and for weight up to 15 kg (by weight or volumetric measurement) for deliveries within Greece.
For products that are not immediately available but made to order, we will contact you to inform you about the delivery time.

For shipments outside Greece, cash on delivery is not available. Costs for purchasing and shipping products abroad must be prepaid via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer to the account of www.symmetro.com.gr.

GENERAL INFORMATION
- For orders over €20, free shipping applies to the city of Kilkis.
- For weight over 10 kg, shipment within Greece will be arranged after consultation.
- For Zones 1, 2, and 3 (international), free shipping does not apply.
RETURNS
Returns can be made within 15 working days provided the product has not been opened or damaged.
Shipping cost is borne by the sender.
The consumer has the right to withdraw unconditionally within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product according to Law 2551/1994 (as amended by Ministerial Decision Z1-891/2013).
